How to Clear Your Cache and Refresh Your Browser

Some technical issues can be fixed by clearing your browser cache.

To clear your cache:

• Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data > Cached images/files
• Firefox: Preferences > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
• Safari: Preferences > Advanced > Show Develop Menu > Empty Caches

Then close and reopen your browser, and try again.
