Accessing Group-Specific Documents
In The Traders Network, different trading groups and communities may share exclusive documents, tools, or templates that are relevant only to that specific group. These group-specific resources are designed to foster collaboration, deepen topic expertise, and support active learning within your area of interest.
This article explains how to access and make the most of documents tied to the group(s) you’ve joined.
📌 What Are Group-Specific Documents?
Group-specific documents are downloadable or view-only files that are:
- Curated by instructors, moderators, or group leaders
- Relevant to the trading instrument or focus of the group (e.g., Forex, Commodities, Technical Analysis)
- Accessible only to members of that group
These documents may include:
- Strategy guides
- Discussion prompts
- Trading setups
- Case studies
- Weekly plans or performance trackers
- Additional reading materials
✅ How to Access Group Documents
- Join a Group
Navigate to the Community > Groups section and click Join on the group you’re interested in. - Visit the Group Page
After joining, go to the group’s homepage. You’ll find a “Documents” or “Resources” tab. - Browse Available Files
Click on the document name to view, download, or comment (depending on the settings). - Download or Open the File
Most files will be available in PDF, Word, or Excel format. Click to open, then choose “Download” or “Save a Copy.”
🔐 Access Restrictions
- Documents are only visible to members of the group
- You may need an active course enrollment or membership level to access certain files
- Sharing group-exclusive content outside the community violates our [Code of Conduct] and Terms of Use
📤 Sharing or Contributing Documents
If you’re a group leader or contributor and would like to upload a document:
- Go to your group’s Documents section
- Click “Upload Document”
- Add a title, description, and attach your file
- Set visibility and permissions (e.g., read-only or comment-enabled)
All shared documents are subject to moderator approval to maintain content quality and relevance.

You can bookmark your most-used group documents for easy access via your dashboard under Saved Resources.
