How to Cancel or Change Course Enrollment
At The Traders Network, we understand that your learning needs can evolve. Whether you want to cancel a course, switch to a different program, or upgrade your enrollment, we’ve made it easy to manage your course participation directly from your account.
This article walks you through how to cancel or change your course enrollment.
📤 Canceling a Course Enrollment
If you no longer wish to continue with a course:
- Log in to your account at thetradersnetwork.net
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Click on “My Courses”
- Select the course you’d like to cancel
- Click the “Unenroll” or “Withdraw” button (if available)
- Confirm your cancellation
🔔 Note: For paid courses, please refer to our Refund Policy to understand eligibility before canceling.
🔁 Changing or Switching Courses
To switch to a different course:
- Cancel your current course (if needed)
- Visit the Courses page and browse the available options
- Enroll in the new course that fits your goals
- If you’re switching between membership levels or mentorship programs, contact support to ensure a smooth transition
💳 Upgrading to a Paid Course or Membership
If you’re moving from a free course to a paid program:
- Choose your desired course from the catalog
- Click “Enroll Now”
- Complete the payment process using your preferred payment method
- Access your upgraded course via “My Courses” in your dashboard
💡 Tip: Some memberships offer automatic access to advanced courses. Make sure you’re signed in with the correct membership level.
