Drawdown

Equity

The total value of your trading account, including unrealized profits or losses.

Fibonacci Retracement

A technical analysis tool used to identify potential reversal levels based on key Fibonacci ratios.

Fundamental Analysis

An evaluation method that analyzes economic and financial factors to predict price movements.

Leverage

The ability to control a large position with a relatively small amount of capital.

Lot Size

The volume or quantity of an asset being traded. In forex, 1 standard lot = 100,000 units.

Margin

The amount of capital required to open or maintain a leveraged position.

Pip (Percentage in Point)

A unit of measurement in forex that represents the smallest price move (typically 0.0001 for most pairs).

Price Action

A trading method based on interpreting raw price movement on a chart.

R/R Ratio (Risk-to-Reward)

A metric that compares the potential loss versus potential gain of a trade.

Spread

Stop Loss (SL)

Take Profit (TP)
