Troubleshooting Failed Payments

If your payment fails (due to expired card, insufficient funds, or gateway issues), your membership will enter a grace period.

During this period:

  • You’ll receive email reminders to update your payment info
  • You may lose access to premium content until payment is resolved
  • If unresolved after 7 days, your subscription may be paused or canceled

To fix:

  • Go to Account Settings > Billing
  • Update your payment method and retry the charge
