How to Request a Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience on The Traders Network. If you feel a course or membership isn’t right for you, you may be eligible for a refund under our policy.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- You are within 7 days of your first-time course or membership purchase
- You haven’t violated our Terms of Use
- Your account has not already been refunded for a similar purchase
How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund:

- Include the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”
- Provide the following details:
- Your registered email address
- The course or membership you purchased
- The date of the transaction
- A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund
📬 What Happens Next?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is received
- Our support team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
