How to Request a Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience on The Traders Network. If you feel a course or membership isn’t right for you, you may be eligible for a refund under our policy.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You are within 7 days of your first-time course or membership purchase
  • You haven’t violated our Terms of Use
  • Your account has not already been refunded for a similar purchase

How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund:

  1. Include the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Your registered email address
    • The course or membership you purchased
    • The date of the transaction
    • A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund

📬 What Happens Next?

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is received
  • Our support team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
❗ Refunds are not available for recurring renewals, partial billing periods, or previously refunded users re-enrolling.
