1. I Don’t See My Enrolled Course

Possible Causes:

  • You’re not logged in with the correct account
  • Your enrollment wasn’t completed
  • There was a payment issue

What to Do:

  • Log in and go to Dashboard > My Courses
  • Check your email for an enrollment confirmation
  • Verify payment went through (for paid courses)
  • Try refreshing your browser or clearing cache

2. The Course Says “Restricted” or “Locked”

Possible Causes:

  • You haven’t officially enrolled
  • The course is limited to paid members or a specific membership tier

What to Do:

  • Return to the course page and click Enroll Now
  • If the course is part of a premium membership, upgrade your plan
  • Contact support if you believe you should have access

3. Videos or Lessons Won’t Load

Possible Causes:

  • Internet connection issue
  • Browser settings or outdated plugins
  • Third-party blockers (extensions or firewalls)

What to Do:
