Troubleshooting Failed Payments
If your payment fails (due to expired card, insufficient funds, or gateway issues), your membership will enter a grace period.
During this period:
- You’ll receive email reminders to update your payment info
- You may lose access to premium content until payment is resolved
- If unresolved after 7 days, your subscription may be paused or canceled
To fix:
- Go to Account Settings > Billing
- Update your payment method and retry the charge
