How Do Subscription Auto-Renewals Work?
To ensure uninterrupted access to your courses, community features, and mentorship resources, all paid subscriptions on The Traders Network are set to auto-renew by default.
This allows you to stay connected and continue learning without the need to manually renew each month or year.
📅 When Will My Subscription Renew?
Your subscription will automatically renew based on your chosen billing cycle:
- Monthly Plans renew every 30 days from the date of purchase
- Annual Plans renew once per year on the anniversary of your sign-up
Example: If you joined on March 15, your next renewal will be on April 15 (monthly) or March 15 of the next year (annual).
💳 How Will I Be Charged?
Your saved payment method (credit card or PayPal) will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You’ll receive an email confirmation for every successful renewal.
🔔 Will I Receive a Reminder?
- Annual plans: Yes, we’ll send a renewal reminder email 7 days in advance
- Monthly plans: Reminders are not sent in advance, but you’ll get a receipt email after each payment
🛑 How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time:
- Go to Dashboard > Account Settings > Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Plan or toggle off auto-renewal
You will retain access until the end of your billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
